Guide and thrust bearing oil coolers. The guide and thrust bearing
oil coolers allow cooling of the oil used in the guide and thrust
bearings of the turbine and generator; oil which heats up due to
the friction of the various moving parts. Through years of hands-on
experience and the development with its partners of unique custom

Whether the heat exchange needs to be forced or natural convection,
through single or double tube arranged to fit you specific
geometrical requirements, dongsen holds profound understanding of

two families of bearing coolers : internal and external.
Air Cooler
Air cooler is a kind of equipment which makes the ambient air as
cooling medium, and across the outside of fin tubes, to make the
high temperature of process fluid in the tube get cooling. It can
also be called "air cooler", or "air cooled heat exchanger.
The idealized cooling and condensation equipment is made with air
as medium. It not only can save a lot of water, can prevent the
pollution to the environment, and also can reduce the maintenance
cost, can operate safe and reliable, can have a longer service life
compared with the water cooler. Air cooler is mainly used in oil
refineries, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), liquefied natural gas,
coal liquefaction oil chemical plant, gas, thermal power, Marine
engineering, atomic energy industry and city garbage disposal, and
it is especially suitable for toxic, explosive, under the influence
of water soluble medium. In recent years, with the increase of the
harsh environment conditions, the places of air cooler usage are
also constantly expanding.
The advantages of the air cooler:
1, It has no pollution to the environment.
2, The air can be obtained at will.
3, As the air corrosive is small, it do not need to scale removal
and cleaning, so the air cooler has long service life.
4, Because the pressure drop of the air is only 10 ~ 20 mm, so the
air operation cost is low.
5, Once the fan power supply is cut off, there are still 30-40% of
natural cooling capacity.
